DNS Error
Whenever I try logging in it says there is a DNS Error, code 216. I cannot access the Guild Wars support website, any of the wikis, or the Guild Wars website. Any ideas what this problem is and how to stop it?

Sure it's not 026 (DNS lookup failure)?
Check your firewall is not blocking the GW domains.
